Terms and conditions of use
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
These conditions govern sales by Fabulous ID SRLpublisher of the site DomenicoCurcio.comwhose head office is located at [address to be completed].
ARTICLE 2 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and exclusive of processing and shipping costs.
If you order from a country other than Belgium, you are considered an importer. Customs duties or other local taxes may apply. You are responsible for these charges.
All orders are payable in euros.
Fabulous ID SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time your order is validated.
Products remain the property of Fabulous ID SRL until full payment has been received. Upon receipt, the risks of loss or deterioration are transferred to you.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS
You can order or pre-order on https://domenicocurcio.com.
Contractual information is in French. Fabulous ID SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of supply difficulties or any other legitimate reason.
ARTICLE 4 - VALIDATING YOUR ORDER
All orders imply acceptance of the present terms and conditions. Confirmation of the order shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary will be sent to you by e-mail in PDF format.
Pre-order The release and dispatch dates are displayed on the product sheet.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT
Validation of the order implies an obligation to pay. Payments are secured and made by credit card via Stripe or PayPal. The debit occurs at validation.
ARTICLE 6 - WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, at your expense. In the event of retraction, reimbursement will be made within 14 days by the same means of payment.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :
- Digital products downloaded after purchase
- Customized products
- Products unsealed for hygienic reasons
ARTICLE 7 - AVAILABILITY
Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability, you will be informed by e-mail and reimbursed. DomenicoCurcio.com does not sell in large quantities. We reserve the right to refuse any order of more than 50 identical items.
ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. In case of delay, you will be notified by e-mail. In the event of non-compliance with legal deadlines, you may request cancellation and reimbursement. Fabulous ID SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability.
ARTICLE 9 - WARRANTY
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. Claims must be made within 30 days. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.
ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
The products offered comply with Belgian legislation. Fabulous ID SRL declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with the laws of the country of delivery. The buyer is responsible for verifying import requirements. We are not responsible for inappropriate use of the products or Internet malfunctions.
ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTES
This contract is subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the DomenicoCurcio.com website are the exclusive property of Fabulous ID SRL. Any reproduction or use is forbidden without prior authorization.
ARTICLE 13 - PERSONAL DATA
Fabulous ID SRL collects your personal data in order to manage your orders and send you communications. This data may be shared with our technical and logistics service providers. In accordance with the RGPD, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
ARTICLE 14 - ARCHIVING PROOF
Fabulous ID SRL archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable medium. These records are binding between the parties.
